You are implying that trade in fertilizer and platinum with Russia have gone down since last year. They have not. So clearly the question stands, your dopey response notwithstanding. Why is Russia not on Trump's tariff list, unlike virtually all other countries?

When President Trump unveiled major new tariffs on Wednesday, one big economy that he did not target was Russia.
