You're confusing "bullying" with "negotiating". No, you're the one confusing that. In negotiations, the other guy isn't your friend. His job is to squeeze you 'til you bleed. Not to be a nice guy. By definition, bullying is a power play and negotiation is collaborative. There's noting collaborative about what Trump is doing, not remotely.
