I for one am glad that SI has resisted the urge to let those companies clobber this site with advertising. As for giving out free memberships to those companies wanting to hype their stock, the ramifications for legal consequences whenever one of those people crosses over the line should be a sobering thought to anybody wanting to stay in business. In addition, I suspect that SI is astute enough to see that if they give you a free membership, you would trip over your "joystick" to blather your "coup" here.
