Oh, you mean the designers. But why does that make Grok suspect? Of course it and everything is suspect, but that's normal. As It shows trustworthiness, I'll trust It more. At present It's in testing mode. It's better than other options so far. But It's amnesia is a cognitive deficit. It starts each conversation from first principles while remembering nothing that we've previously discussed.

In a way, that is how reality works. At any instant, everything is invented at the instant of becoming conscious of whatever one becomes conscious of. For rule of thumb short cut getting things done, we assume previous thoughts and information remains true but one doesn't need to go back far to find one's information is out of date, was wrong then and worse wrong now and so amnesia isn't all bad. But It has to use existing ideas that are stashed somewhere to derive an instantaneous verbal construction on request.

My ideal is that Grok or other or combination sits on my shoulder like a guiding blue bird, telling me what to do at any instant, using billions of streams of data and ideas to guide me through reality. Maybe after this she'll be happy to get a Bluebird on her shoulder.
