Inode, the picture you posted is a fake. Tesla has no plans to sell a Cybertruck that looks like that.
It wasn't a fake. It was just someone's idea. I have no idea what a future iteration of the CT might look like, but the point is people are balled up about the sharp edges and stainless steel; reality is that is all just cover material. I don't think they'll throw the overall design away, but I would be surprised if a more "normal" look doesn't turn up in the next iteration.

It seems unlikely to me they would just choose not to build anymore trucks. They have too much innovation in the CT to just let die. And many people do like the look, actually -- I've seen a few in my small neighborhood, and this is F150 territory if ever there was.
