It was meant to deceive, not to provide "someone's idea" of what the Cybertruck should look like.
I wasn't deceived by it, and I'm pretty sure most of those who saw it didn't. Or maybe they did.

I would think if anyone thought that was the actual upcoming product they would have been spreading it far and wide.

There have been quite a few of these kinds of pics posted.

Either way, I think it is a better design than the current version of CT.
