Brumar,
The United States of America do not do military parades, Trump does.
Although Trump is a PooTin-wannabe, I will say that the US military does indeed do things for PR and recruitment.

Every fall, for example, San Francisco hosts Fleet Week, where naval vessels come to the city. We go every year now to watch the Blue Angels perform over the Bay, and it's spectacular. Having Alcatraz visible in the background reminds me of The Rock with Sean Connery and Nicolas Cage.

Then there's the various Army parades, the flyover of military jets over football games and NASCAR competitions, and even collaborations with Hollywood. Top Gun and Top Gun:Maverick are two obvious examples, but another one is the series of Transformers movies directed by Michael Bay. The U.S. military was all too happy to let director Bay portray American military hardware side-by-side with his trademark EXPLOSIONS!!!

So yeah, it wouldn't be too far of a stretch for the military to do a parade.

Of course, how people react to it depends on how popular the Orange Draft Dodger is by the time of the parade, and whether he makes the parade all about himself, which is almost certainly a guarantee ...
