As dry season nears, here are the water levels at Calif.'s reservoirs

“That’s probably one of the more predictable things about California water, that basically by the middle of April, the wet season is done,” Lund said. “Abnormality is kind of normal for California’s hydrology. We have more wet, more flood years and drought years per average year than any other part of the country.”
