So, I guess your universal pet cookbook contains recipes for dessert too. You guys and your artificial flavorings never cease to amaze me! Of course, I would surmise that vanilla would be the most difficult of the three to achieve.

I'm curious, and I'm sure you've answered this somewhere in another place, another time, but . . . what happens when Helen begs Mom and Pop for a pet. Pet ownership is considered to be a child's inalienable right, after all;. You do have a good four or five years before you have to come up with a good answer for her. Best use them wisely. You'll need a good one. <vbg> Somehow, I don't think "Dad's allergic" will cut it.
