Looks like the president of South Korea ...
Let me stop you there, because the previous president of Korea was impeached and finally removed from office for doing things that made Trump look like a genius.

The current president of Korea, Han Duck-soo, is only the acting president until elections can be held one month from now.

Politics in Korea is completely manic-depressive, so what the current president says now won't really matter.

One thing does remain constant, though. Korean politics is heavily influenced by the chaebol, or the corporate conglomerates. Whatever they feel is best for their bottom lines will be the direction that the Korean government takes. If that means staying out of the pissing contest between Xi and Trump (an obviously prudent move), then you can expect any Korean president to do exactly that.
