DEO. You have researched this more then me. But a quick look here FYI. I see that DEO has 12 USA production sites (distilling and bottling), and USA is 39% of sales. Not insignificant. Looks like there will be export/import disruptions (clip). Maybe the domestic producers will fill a void? Too complex for me. The European Union announced plans to impose 50 percent tariffs on all American whiskey in response to Trump’s steel and aluminum tariffs, prompting the president to threaten 200 percent tariffs on European wine and other alcohol if the bloc followed through... Brown-Forman, the maker of Jack Daniel’s and Woodford Reserve, is closing its barrel-making operation in Louisville this month and announced plans to lay off 12 percent of its work force...
