Oil is becoming cheap because Market Metrics are pricing in a Recession within 6 months. Oil can get, and likely will, cheaper. Understanding cheap oil is a good thing for consumers. But with that said, Oil is a large component in how Inflation is measured. So while Oil goes lower the Fed will say Inflation is nominal all the while the consumer will see anything but; oil prices impact gasoline prices, which are a significant component of the CPI, Consumer Price Index.

Ohhhhhh..., the fun times are just beginning, imo.
