Layer two, served up once our compliance was secured, was physiological. Papa was dreadfully allergic to dogs and cats. Turns out I am too. So - I figure there's tradition here. Inalienable rights?! Luck o'the genetic draw; snake eyes. So she'll take an unadorned No for an answer, and she'll like it.
