Lots of SEC Activity;

Between 5th and 9th of February, a half dozen funds
or banks reported 5% ownership positions in ACTL,
including Fidelity, Soloman Smith Barney, Travellers,
and Crabbe Huson. These filings look like a total of >30%
of the stock got accumulated by these institutions.

Could explain the upward pressure in the last four weeks.
