I thought you said you were trimming 15% of your SPY position?

Regardless, that is a move I would have done in December, not now. If building a position in SCHD now, I would either exchange funds from other dividend/value stocks or do it through periodic investment over the next couple years. I don't think the valuation here favors a lump sum move.
