I just got off the phone with TD Waterhouse regarding the Oby shares. They say they received the preliminary bulletin regarding the spinout, sent a request to Verde for the final bulletin, received nothing in return, and closed the file. So it looks like Verde dropped the ball. I have never had any success in getting through to them. Can someone else please try to find out what is going on by phoning them? LC
