Peg, Its terrible!! Friday I cancelled a GTC sell order I had, and tried to sell at 21.50, two hours later they call and say I couldnt sell it because they sold it yesterday! My GTC was @30,,,not 20.00. I was P*****!!! So, they call me Saturday, and want me to go online, so I did, Oops cant get on ameritrade! He says oh, I knew that, but forgot. He says I will call you Monday......he never did! I tried calling there and after being on hold, I hung up!! Sent them a copy of my order status and will call tommorow.......I told him the service is terrible, and I dont understand how they can be drawing people in like they are, when they cant even take care of the customers they have! Its not worth 8.00 a trade......I agree with transferring too, when I did, it took 6 weeks to get everything set up, in that period I lost money..Ill never do that again! I am going to try and open an account somewhere else, and get my trading stocks out of there, eventually all of them will be out I hope. I havent started yet, but have a friend who likes fidelity online....here we go again! Even free wouldnt be worth the aggravation!! Sandra |
