A couple from the Cycle man. Points out SPX at 5500. In the 2nd one - which, tbh, not sure I entirely understand - points out that Wednesday’s UP:Down ratio was an old time record. But, why does this brings the odds for a “2008 scenario” down to zero? Hope he’s right, but can’t see this clearly. $SPX - The no. of NYSE declines was 88% today. That's not what the bulls want to see after the 93% up day yesterday. Despite that, it was only an inside day so no real damage was done. Using data that goes back to 1990 that's a record high. There was no such high volume in 2008.
