Revenues have been surging at a "crawl" pace. Institutional ownership badly needed in order for IBRX to get some needed traction, IMO. I'm sure that Patrick is positioning himself to be abe to capitalize, quickly, on good news. With the share price being as low as it is, this dilution is almost meaningless. At least the focus, for now, can be on some good news...... Rising revenues, indication break-thrus, more institutional buyers. IMO
