BLAB: Tariff yap is now just background noise. The Big Game is the 10 Year Treasury Yield which is marching higher. It’s above 4.5% as I type. Who wants to finance another $5 Trillion in deficits which is what The Administration wants? The FOMC? Nope. Foreigners who now hate us? Nope. Americans who are loaded up with debt and being fired and laid off? Nope. Ray Dalio, the most successful fund manager in history, says we are headed for a Minsky Moment.
