DD, I was figuring on a 15 to 25› price for this stock, but that was before I learned of yet another Reg S. that will kick off next month. So, unless the company starts to put out good news in the interim, and I don't see any inclination on their part to do so, the price will linger around here 'til then, then get clobbered down to 5› or so.
At that point, we should have around 10mm shares outstanding, which while not a lot compared to the 50mm we were swimming in earlier this year, will still look like a lot. I expect the company to then announce another reverse split, which will, of course, facilitate Oilex' being able to get listed as a Small Cap.
Of course, Oilex might, even now, be penning even more juicy Reg S. deals (juicy for the person "lending" the money, that is), which would throw off my calculations again. Figure if Oilex borrows another two or three million bucks this way, they can get the share count up to 45 or 50mm easy--time for another 20-1! What a fine way to "maximize shareholder value"!
Whatever, I haven't given up hope...though I suspect Mr.Timmons is laughing it up pretty good right now.
