[ Rule 4310 ] Ray, Calm down...there's a 90 day grace period and if a stock meets the requirements 10 consecutive days during that time frame they qualify for listing.See attached: techstocks.com I think we'll be ok as long as we monitor our stock picks and watch the time line. Regards, NEPF
