It may seem that way, but it really moves down closer to about 40% of the time... If you just eyeball most of the charts, these markets move down more than we realize but on balance they always gain back and then some on the way back up... Also, the market's behavior, on the way up it constantly struggles as if it's climbing a snow capped mountain step by step and on the way down it's in a hurry much like it's taking a bob sled down or just plain going off a cliff... GZ
