Jeff - We have had a lot of success with big mainframe projects. Just recently (Y2K?) or over a greater period of time? Of your 450 developers, what's the annual turnover rate? Any guesstimates as to the average developers length of employment with the company? We have a subroutine that all of our programs call to do date conversions Is this saying that now you have the single subroutine or that you've been using that subroutine for many years? - David
