Overload the country by any means necessary with as many unvetted illegals as possible, knowing the massive mobilization of resources and enforcement operations to remove them would be extraordinarily daunting, while simultaneously relying on heavily funded leftwing legal groups and activist courts to delay, obstruct and impede deportations at every possible turn.

And, of course, counting on legacy media to run interference for it all. Making it extraordinarily difficult to carry out mass removal of illegal aliens. “An essential component of having something that we like to call a country."
