Yes, the price of elder care is outrageous, and demand is very high.

There is an unlimited supply of English speaking foreigners that will do that work for minimum wage, if we would only grant them visas.

So....radical change administration, why not set up an immgration plan where the immigrant must be 25-35 years old, attractive female, and if she works in "elder care" for minimum wage for 5 years she then gets a green card and can do whatever she wants? If she quits before five years of elder care work she becomes an illegal alien, good luck. There would be an unlimited number of attractive young women that would take this offer.

Why not do that?
