Only 51M of them? Surely they could have diluted existing shareholders even more... What a company! Glad I only have a very small stake in ODV, though when I bought it it was quite a bit larger. And of course I think back to their original incarnation, which did not one but two 10:1 rollbacks. New management, but operating in the same way... LC
