if one of the 677 district court judges was a republican and issued a court order barring Joe Biden from pardoning his son Biden, what would happen? Just looking within the Constitution president's can pardon anyone convicted of a federal crime, alleged, convicted or not. Federal judges cannot usurp president's in this area of the law Period Rule of Law Have you ever read the U.S. Constitution?
