Obviously, that's the point, Eric. So what's the answer? If a district court judge issued a court order barring Joe Biden from pardoning his son Hunter, what would happen? Would Biden defy the judge? What if it was appealed to the supreme court and they decided not to rule on it, and sent it back to the district court? Would Biden be right to ignore it? Or should he obey it?
