You once asked about a theoretical situation where you think the executive branch of the government is justified in ignoring a judicial ruling:

Of course, I haven't heard back from you, probably because (a) that wasn't the response you were looking for, and (b) it's annoying when someone answers your question with a question, isn't it?

In any case, basic American civics dictates that the judicial branch have the sole power to interpret the Constitution. Not all judges will interpret the Constitution the same way, which is why the appeals process exists, along with a mechanism for impeaching judges who are out-of-line.

So if a judge makes shit up, and the Supreme Court decides to let that shit stand, it's up to the legislative and executive branches of the government to impeach the judges involved based on clear abuses of power.

What you DON'T do is ignore the judicial branch just because YOU don't like their rulings. Then YOU'D be the one guilty of abusing power, not the judges with whom you disagree.
