The world is about to see the biggest wealth transfer in mankind history as the capital piled of in foreign reserves is redirected. Capital is being de-hogged.

How will this work?

  • The European plan of keeping imports out by several non-tariff barriers will be de-constructed.
  • Over regulating to death will be demolished.
  • Using the climate thing to halt development is being demolished as we speak
  • The US diverting capital from treasuries will send capital looking for alternatives
  • The piling of foreign reserves imposes a huge costs on emerging markets. It is a big cost f doing business
  • Borrowing costs for governments will go up without the subsidies countries send them in the form of foreign reserves
  • As the economic instability hits, save haves will be re-defined.

I am going to keep you posted on how this is going to develop
