I have got to think one of our partners in this "fine" company would have a copy. I also wish I could find it on line. I don't know how to get my hands on it if I get the SEC on the phone Monday. I don't/won't use the companies fax for this and actually don't like to call from work because of the lack of privacy and using a company phone while at work --- yes I am almost as honest as I sound. <g> Tara (BTW thanks for the phone # to the SEC, I will try to call and see if they have the S-8 on file. Anybody care to list a fax number for it to be sent to? You all can list one if you want but I will give the SEC only 1 number if I get through (that is if they will send it via fax (if on file), but if they are friendly then I will give as many numbers as possible and also maybe snail mail for myself.)
