DH,

I believe Bruce Galpeer's post (2971) makes a lot of sense. I know AGE did do some buying probably close to 80,000 shares but I think Bruce is right on target when he said Joe may have identified the seller(s)and is trying to take them out privately. If these people have made up their mind to sell it makes no sense to pay them any more than necessary.
