To All:

Norris filed a Form S-8 with the SEC on October 9, 1996.

Issued 200,000 shares to Higham, McConnell & Dunning. Also granted a Warrant to purchase 150,000 shares at a price of $0.65625 each and set a side 150,000 share for the warrants.

As of Oct 8, 1996, 22,308,611 shares were issued and outstanding. This does not count the about shares (200,000).

This could be the reason for the drop in price on Thrusday (10/10/96).

As for as I know, the company still not speaking to any (small) shareholders. Not answer E-Mail, at least not mind.

As a shareholder, am I not entitled to know who the company is speaking to by way of road shows or visits my Mutual Funds???
