I've read that he actually did none of those things, not even the Presidency one.
Getting Tesla to where it is took a lot of hard work, clever (maybe even shady) business practices, and the ability to take advantage of good circumstances.

SpaceX is also very successful along with Starlink.

As much as I dislike Elon today, I won't take away any of his accomplishments before he went batshit crazy during the pandemic.
