Ya all of the web brokers have problems, but, at least the rest of them have a customer service ethic. E*Trades is to never acknowledge a mistake, to screw the customer. I've been with E*Trade since the beginning--have finally had enough of them. I think that they are getting worse in the customer service area. Have letters going to the SEC and the E*Trade CEO. Good luck to you. I sincerely hope that your time with them is better than mine.
