<<. Viagra will open up the market but you can depend on a slowing of domestic sales temporarily. >>

my impression here is that you'll have basically two type of patients who come in looking for ED treatment with Viagra.

1.) ED patient who, in the opinion of the doctor, cannot be treated with Viagra. It may be from the degree of ED, or, it may be from other health problems the patient has, such as diabetes, or heart trouble. But there will definitely be people who will not get Viagra because their doctor will not prescribe it for them. MUSE benefits tremendously from this type of patient. The doctor explains the other treatments available, I would suspect MUSE would be the first alternative.

2.) ED patient who has moderate ED, might have some systemic health problems. Viagra is prescribed and does not work to the satisfaction of the patient, or the patient has side effects. Viagra discontinued. MUSE is the first alternative. MUSE benefits.
Now, ask yourself, how long before MUSE is tried in this type of patient? My point being, how many oral doses does the patient use before going back to the doctor and saying nothing is happening.
in my opinion, not very long. I would hazard a guess as to two weeks on average.
