Much of the manipulation in the penny stocks is done with the knowledge and cooperation of the insiders and PR companies they hire, ie... a pre-announcement of a press release which is in fact not worthy of release. Churning of the stock to create the illusion of buying, hype and speculation following the TVSI release created a number of Monday morning buyers who lost their shirts. I wonder who was selling into the buying.... Now those same buyers are defending those who may have unloaded their stock on them .You gotta love it...
