The whole thing is about paying the Federal Debt. The average person do not understand macroeconomics.

Government officials give here and there some information but just because the media and the public are making noises.

  • Economic slow down -> Low inflation
  • Low inflation -> Lower interest rates
  • Lower Interest rates -> Less pressure on paying the federal debt.

The rest is noise

The average interest rates on the debt is high need to go down.
But if Trump says that very few people understand it
