I have been watching GBFC. There is a collar in place that limits both the upside and downside. The exchange ratio is 0.8, which yields a price of $6.50. However, there is a collar, so we would receive GBFC shares equivalent to a price of $7.50. GBFC's price has been rather depressed lately, perhaps due to considerable M & A activity.

I'm curious whether the whole deal might go bust, or the exchange ration changed again before it's all over with, given the depressed state of GBFC's stock.

Here's a link to a press release of the definitive merger agreement with the new terms.
