This is insane.

The US will present a seven-point peace plan today, reports The Telegraph, citing sources.

The US proposal is as follows:

* Ukraine must abandon its claims to Crimea;

* Cessation of hostilities along the current front line;

* The US will lift all sanctions imposed on russia;

* The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant will be transferred to the US. The US will begin energy cooperation with russia;

* Direct negotiations between Ukraine and the russian Federation without security guarantees;

* Ukraine will refuse to join NATO but can join the EU;

* Conclusion of a minerals agreement;

Kelloggs hopes Ukraine will agree to this plan. Perhaps Witkoff will travel to russia specifically to present it to putin.
