If Putin wants Russia to lose pariah status, that is the deal he should make. Otherwise, give him another 100K dead Russians, and the Russian people will make that decision for him.
I doubt this simply because the majority of (urban) Russians aren't aware of the casualties, the actual cost of the war and aren't experiencing major war related hardships.

Maybe the only effective response to this idiotic "peace" proposal is to hit selective targets as close as possible to major Russian cities.
