The US put over 3400% anti-dumping duty on solar panels from Cambodia today. Who is being a jerk about trade? Educate yourself about anti-dumping. It's a license to print money if you're a couple of US companies with good attorneys. It only takes 2-companies to initiate an anti-dumping investigation. They almost always succeed. You could get them to rule that Equador is dumping bananas in the US even though the US produces zero bananas. Most people in the US know less than zero about trade. I've been dealing in international trade nearly all my life.
