According to the IR person at Irvine, Carson sold shares in order to make an investment in a project at Irvine. This "project financing" is somehow related to E-film. My broker confirmed this with the CFO at IRSN.

Also, I do not believe the pending contract is initially "huge". It is the contract's potential that is huge.
