Jon, There is nothing tangible in any conversation with
anyone in the world to prove they are not lying.
I didn't make my first million at 22 by being a rube
that fell off the turnip truck.
I asked questions. Bernard answered. I checked other sources.

In each conversation I asked more pointed questions, and where
it was not improper for him to answer, he answered.

As for "abundant time" time to talk to me, I have spoken to him on an average of once every 2 week. 20 to 40 minutes out of 336 hours.
It's his job to talk and my right as a shareholder to call.

How much stock I own is not your business nor Bernard's and neither of
you will ever know :-)

<The many claims you both have made regarding pending news is becoming
tiresome. Does Bernard know you are making such claims, is he encouraging them?>

Bernard recently began reading the boards. He does not encourage
time statements or hype. In fact, I gather he'd rather not have any of this excitement expressed quite so colorfully. But then Bernard does
cannot tell me what to say any more than you can.
