What is wrong with this picture? If MDIN is worth $0.56, NP should be worth at least $0.0927. NP owns 14.4 million shares of MDIN, thus 14,400,000 @ $0.56 per MDIN shares is : $8,064,000. Furthermore $8,064,000 / 87,000,000 (npec shares outstanding) would equal $0.0927 per NPEC share. A 6 to 1 ratio.
All this would give a value of ZERO to any other assets held by NPEC. Of course a severe dilution could change all these numbers. Pure promotion or not...we'll see.

Brokker.
