The cycle man expects a cyclical SPX downturn after an expected top this Wednesday, April 30.

Should be noted that the way he does his work, the forecasted low in May doesn’t have to be a new low for the decline. It just as well may be a minor low. If his cycles hold, there would be, likely, no big bullish fireworks for the next few weeks.

Edit — looking at his chart, it appears that his previous cycle lows happened early in the cycle. So, it may be less that a “few weeks”.
