Bill: The price of this stock has gone up lately only due to two factors: (1) the move to the TSE and (2) your friend Warren's hoarding. The last few PFG news releases have sent the price the other way. I hope that if/when we get another PFG news release, it contains some news that helps the price of this stock. My understanding is that ABX won't be forced into a final make-or-break decision on PFG until some time in the year 2000, and until then has control over what is in PFG news releases. One likes to think that we might see some improvement in PFG's price over the coming months, but without some upbeat news in a release I can't see how it will happen. At least we're all in the same boat -- even if it's drifting and lacking oars at present. :)
