I've already asked you once to quit calling me "Bobby". The name is Bob. I've got a quick question. This isn't directed at you, Blackie. It's about the company. You wouldn't be interested. I was re-reading the press releases tonight (re-reading after a few days is something I've found to be a valuable facet of DD) and noticed something interesting. Every time "Next Level" is mentioned, it's followed with a "(TM)". Doesn't this imply that a trademark registration was successfully filed? If NextLevel was able to successfully acquire a trademark, doesn't that give them the right to the name?
