MIke ... these shells are profitable and with this one's stock structure there were probably several deals on the table for all I know. The board of directors wants all they can get. The unfair advantage of this shell is the small float and no debt plus they are fully reporting. People are not going to like the shift of a casino which apparently never closed because there was never a definitive agreement nor Noble House that s not going to close either which is fine. People do not understand after being on the internet for years that a letter of intent is not a closing it is merely a letter of intent. The only agreement that is worth anything to sharehoders is a definitive letter. All that is left now is the title searches on the assets of the private company and transfering the shares plus the auditing process and the 8K. The casino will probably be recinded again like it was when it was in MIDL. Now I bought into this shell because I liked the casino because their were going to expand to more locations. Then Noble house came in with its letter of intent but hey apparently the Greek got to greedy or something but would not return calls and the definitive agreement did not get signed. Now we have a gas & oil plus service to the gulf platforms along with waste disposal in the gas and oil industry. Though some people will not like this sudden change in indusrties you have to admit that the board of CNHH is trying to find a solid permanent resident which they have now. From my inderstanding when the news release came out for the Greek shipping company Rod's call CNHH to go in as part of the holding company. They were doing waste or rather mud disposal. As it turned out apparently Rod's was sufficient for the board and Rod's to sign a definitive agreement. CNHH like MIDL is also a holding company and that attracts more than one private company to the table. That is another reason I like holding companies. I personally like diverisfication. Some of the best stock on the NYSE are holding companies which many diverse industries as subsidaries. General contractors are the more profitable than just one industry because they have there fingers in a lot of pies. I will tell you one thing though at least this one did not get a momentum which is great nor a sell off when the news came out like most of the OTC stocks do. How many times last year have we researched and researched and only have a basic momentum play because the stock was loved by the internet. Heck you can't get off this board with momentum traders and massive shares in the float. It seems unless you buy a stock that is not reporting with zillions of shares in float and no revenues you do not have a solid stock. People think you a moron for buying into shell fully reporting with a small float and revenues. If I were going to go public the stock structure being fully reporting and existing debt would be a major issue for me. I guess I just look at it differently. Ok I am off my soap box and will get down tp transcripting DD.YES I have spent all day getting DD again. Just like I did MIDL and just like I will do again if the board brings in another definitive agreement or letter of intent. Note: I would rather be in a shell like this and patiently wait than trying to fight momentum traders and hyped up companies with millions of shares in the float. Maybe I am a moron but time will tell. Happy trading Gabard
